We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA standards where possible, ensuring our website, online booking systems, and digital communications are usable by people with a wide range of disabilities.

Our efforts include:

• Navigation: Providing clear, consistent navigation across our digital platforms.

• Readability: Ensuring adequate color contrast and text resizing options.

• Media: Using descriptive text alternatives (alt-text) for images and ensuring captions or transcripts are available for video content where appropriate.

• Feedback: We are continually improving our digital accessibility. If you encounter any barriers on our website, please contact us immediately so we can address them.
   

Physical Accessibility (Denpasar Facility)

We recognize that accessibility extends beyond the screen, particularly at a pet-focused facility with outdoor elements.

For humans:

• Parking: Designated parking spaces are available.

• Walkways: The main pathways leading to the entrance, dog grooming area, pet hotel lobby, and the Piccolo Corner café are designed to be level and clear.

• Restroom: Accessible restroom facilities are provided near the main building and café area.

• Assistance: Our staff is always available to provide assistance, such as opening gates or providing guidance, upon request.

For the Dog Park:

• Terrain: While the dog park features natural grass and terrain, which may be uneven in spots, the primary entry and observation areas are maintained for easier access.
